eWarehousing has its warehouse and all the goods insured against various disasters (fire, theft, etc.). We also have very good agreements with our insurance company for your goods in transit. Insuring goods in transit is not a part of the basic service.How does eWarehousing handles returns?
On your site, you can place a link to the returns page of eWarehousing. Your customer reports the goods he / she will return and the customer receive immediate confirmation including a printable address label. The customer has make arrangements for transportation to eWarehousing. Once we have received the returns, we check the condition of the goods. If they meet the quality requirements specified by you, then the returned goods can go back into stock.My regular customers often order a gift box. Is that possible in the process?
Yes, eWarehousing also provides gift wrapping and other special packaging.Can I change my assortment at eWarehousing as fast (and easy) as in my shop?
