The logistical process behind your shop is probably just as important as the presentation of your online shop. A fast and flawless delivery is essential for a good experience, and increases the likelihood of repeated purchases.
eWarehousing gives you the ability to optimize the logistics of your shop while you focus on your customers, products and website.
eWarehouse is the core service of eWarehousing and consists of 3 steps:
- Receiving goods
- Pick and pack
- Shipping
Receiving goods
eWarehousing has a professional warehouse. Once the goods are at our warehouse, we review, register and, if needed, provide proper labeling. After labeling, the products are put in place in our warehouse. Some will be placed in the bulk stock on pallets and some in the daily picking stock.
Pick and pack
Once an order is placed, employees of eWarehousing pick the order and pack it in accordance with the requirements of the customer. The package is fitted with an address label, a barcode and stored ready for shipment.
Shipping
The packages are collected by our carrier and will be delivered to your customers within 24 hours in the Netherlands and Belgium or within 2 to 3 days in other European countries. The track-trace code on the package provides the customer and the webshop owner with the opportunity to see the current and past locations of the package. Once the package is delivered to the customer we receive a report of arrival from our carrier. You will be notified when the package is delivered to your customer so you could start an after sales procedure.
